About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive at EVA.ai, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts. You will drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You’ll engage with senior HR and Talent executives within medium- to large-scale organizations, understand their unique challenges, and illustrate how EVA.ai’s AI-driven platform can address their needs. This role requires a consultative approach, a deep understanding of enterprise sales, and the ability to translate complex technological solutions into clear, impactful client benefits.

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills and Experience

  • Enterprise Sales Experience: 3 years minimum experience as enterprise sales development representative (SDR), ideally within the SaaS or HR technology sectors.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing complex sales cycles, and securing high-value enterprise contracts.
  • Consultative Selling Skills: Strong ability to conduct needs-based selling with a consultative approach that positions you as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Communication and Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
  • Client Relationship Management: Skilled in building and nurturing relationships with C-level executives and senior HR decision-makers.
  • Technical Acumen: Comfortable understanding and discussing technology, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

Industry Experience

  • Experience in the HR technology, recruitment, or workforce management space.
  • Familiarity with AI, data analytics, and digital transformation trends in HR (HR 4.0).
  • Strong network within the HR industry.

Proficiency with Sales Technologies

  • Experience using tools like HubSpot, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and G2 to drive targeted, efficient, and results-oriented outreach.
  • Ability to create and execute tailored email sequences to engage prospects effectively.
  • Skilled in conducting targeted email campaigns and leveraging data-driven insights from these platforms to identify and engage high-value prospects.
  • Familiarity with these tools is a significant advantage for managing and optimizing the sales pipeline.

Cold Calling and Outreach

  • Strong capability in cold calling as a part of outreach efforts, with proven results in engaging and converting leads.
  • Confidence in initiating conversations with senior-level decision-makers and building rapport over the phone.

Soft Skills

  • Persistence in Sales Cycles: The ability to stay focused and motivated during long, multi-stage enterprise sales processes, often involving multiple stakeholders and extended timelines.
  • Adaptation to Challenges: Effectively navigating obstacles such as client objections, competitive pressures, or delays while maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Emotional Strength: Handling rejection or setbacks with professionalism, learning from experiences, and using them to refine strategies for future success.
  • Consistency Under Pressure: Staying productive and driven even in high-pressure situations, such as meeting tight deadlines or aggressive revenue targets.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package to attract top-tier talent for this pivotal role. The base salary for the Enterprise Account Executive position ranges from £50,000 to £80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, with a generous commission structure that provides on-target earnings (OTE) of £100,000 to £160,000 per year or more for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Client Engagement

  • Establish relationships with C-level and senior HR and Talent executives within enterprise organizations.
  • Position EVA.ai as a thought leader and trusted advisor in AI-driven HR technology, advocating for our platform’s transformative potential.
  • Become an essential resource for clients navigating HR technology solutions to optimize recruitment, internal mobility, and workforce management.

Lead Discovery and Needs Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand each client’s strategic objectives, pain points, and technical requirements.
  • Shape and guide client conversations to align EVA.ai’s offerings with their unique challenges and priorities.
  • Educate clients on the evolving landscape of HR 4.0 and how EVA.ai can support their digital transformation journey.

Deliver Impactful Product Demos

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Solutions teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations.
  • Showcase EVA.ai’s capabilities in a way that directly addresses client goals, providing a clear roadmap for value creation.
  • Use data-driven insights and case studies to illustrate how our platform supports measurable outcomes.

Sales Pipeline Ownership

  • Take full responsibility for the sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Manage a high-value sales pipeline, focusing on driving consistent progression and maximizing conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to ensure pipeline health and maintain momentum across each stage of the sales process.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product Development teams to align client needs with EVA.ai’s evolving product features.
  • Share client feedback and market insights to help refine our platform positioning and sales strategy.
  • Act as a bridge between client expectations and EVA.ai’s capabilities, ensuring alignment and mutual value.

Drive Enterprise Growth

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by securing new enterprise clients and expanding EVA.ai’s reach within medium- to large-scale organizations.
  • Develop and maintain deep industry knowledge to position EVA.ai effectively against competitors and communicate our unique value proposition.
  • Contribute to EVA.ai’s growth and reputation as a top provider of AI-driven HR technology solutions.
