🤝 Foster and develop valuable relationships with our VIP clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving adoption, retention, and expansion of our services.

💰 Identify opportunities for upselling our software products and services through regular customer reviews.

🛡️ Act as the go-to person for escalated issues that require special attention beyond the capabilities of our Client/Project Management team.

🤖 Collaborate with other teams to meet customer needs, monitor success metrics, and suggest improvements when necessary.

🏫 Create and organize training resources, such as online courses, webinars, and workshops, to empower our clients and enhance their EVA experience.

📣 Advocate for our customers within EVA, effectively communicating their needs and requirements to our Product and Business Analysis teams.

To excel in this role, we're looking for someone who:

✨ Has experience working in small, fast-paced teams.

✨ Ideally, has previous experience in the SaaS tech industry (a definite plus!).
